Exactly why i enjoy my day to day market decisions being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/ analvsis they have, it's near impossible to not outperform, been using a portfolio-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 400k

@@halselong4517 If you do make new buys, know your exit strategy before going in. Consider taking partial profts quickly to lock in some gains. I've been in constant touch with a fiinancial-analyst since covid . You know these days it's really easy to buy into trending stock`s, but the task is determining when to buy or sell . My advisorr decides entry and exit commands on my portfoliio, I've accrued over $550k in barely a year.

Building wealth involves developing good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for solid investments. The Crypto market has plenty of opportunities to earn which I myself took advantage of. I made my first million from going diverse, mainly ETFs(stocks, bonds etc), bitcoin, and gold. Investing in any of these should be in everyones mind.

For the newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's the sad truth. For a start you need a good and experienced hand to guide you. Trust me, trading isn't difficult as we see it. With the right information and guide, you can earn hugely monthly.

As a luxury real estate broker in New York City Manhattan, I know this is all very exciting but not every building will allow you to rent out to have rental income so sometimes you just have to wait for the prices to go up to make a killing.

Correct! When you're working 40+ hours a week, you really don't want to come home to repair your house. Your off days and emergency sick days shouldn't be wasted because the repair man keeps rescheduling on you. Leaky roof, not your problem renters.

Preferred real estate if I could invest in only one form: agricultural (farmland). Economic stability or none, people must eat. Keeping guns handy and offering food to the citizenry at lower cost or greater quantity than the government decrees will be costly, but will earn loyalty of the people in case of a confiscation threat.

My career 😍😍. Real estate agents will always be relevant because those 3rd party companies are actually costing buyers $1000 when property isnt evaluated properly. And we do have access to historical data which may not be captured in an app/website but real time industry news.

Urban corporate in a great location.

This is what confuses me about the current reality and future of the marketplace. I've noticed that industries are being disrupted by technology and the internet, since it is more efficient, can bring more value, saves a lot of money for certain industries just by adapting, and can work 24/7 pretty much automated. The only way I see people making any money in the future is by owning some type of technological or online thing that does work that does not require people or whatever is typically necessary, and making a killing. I feel like everything is just gonna be all automated and the marketplace and the world will solely be reliant on technology and internet, rendering most people useless and only a few to make money to survive. Even if I am one of the few who will adapt and make a killing it's still a scary thing to think about. Who agrees?
