    Got it all wrong again from the 7th down to the number 1 ?!!!no way,no how,watch the history of snooker first from 1976 when it went to crucible right up to present day and u will find out whoever your researchers were,they got it completely wrong and I give u a taster of who should have been the number 1 and why! The number 1 most definitely was the final of 1982 between hurricane Higgins and war wind jimmy who the match was deadlocked on 17-17 and the final frame jimmy broke down if I remember correctly on 78 which means Higgins needed two snooker and clear the table all with black,Higgins got the two snooker and the rest is history when cried asking for he’s new born daughter. Check it out and if I was right then I could give u many many more emotional moments most certainly much better than your last seven?!!

    Can we please stop adding John Higgins the cheat to these otherwise good clip's. An amazing player and had no reason to take the bung. I absolutely love snooker and can only dream of the ability that John Higgins has. He should be banned forever in my opinion. He cheated. What we should think of is an all time legend. Instead he cheated playing to throw a frame for money. Discrace. I used to love watching him play. Should be banned for life. I know harse but with he's talent it's all the more upsetting that a player with a god given gift that most of us who play this beautiful game can only dream of has to tarnish his career as possibley in the top five the game has ever seen. Only my opinion but let me know what you guys think?

    Do you even know the full story? John higgins didnt fix any frames. John higgins was cleared of any match fixing. John higgins knew of no match fixing. John was cleared of match fixing by a independent detective and a independent QC What happened was john higgins was in Kiev in Ukraine, he was ushered into a room with no knowledge of what was happening, there was secret cameras in that room and said what needed to be said to get himself out of that situation. The following is from a article with the detective who investigated. Asked whether the video tapes were edited in order to paint Higgins in a much worse light, Douglas said the NotW had given him access to unedited material where he could see the whole context of what happened, and that the tribunal also had access to this. Douglas was satisfied the footage he saw unedited in private was the full footage. He added: “Obviously when it goes on television, we all know that certain things get edited and moved around. That’s why I’m not particularly interested in what went out on the television [from the NotW website], I’m only interested in the original footage.” This was the first official acknowledgement that the NotW ‘evidence’ as presented to the public on its website had been “edited and moved around”, as opposed to unedited and wholly representative of events as they actually happened, within full context. The full text of questions and answers to David Douglas on this subject is below. Douglas in fact praises the News of the World for their cooperation in his investigation, saying they provided him with a room at News International for viewing every piece of evidence, and says: “Mazher Mahmood made a full statement about everything that happened”. That last sentence suggests that even Mahmood himself could point to no evidence of Higgins’ involvement in any fixing plot prior to the fateful 30 April meeting, understood to have been only around 11 minutes long, and which in any case reached no firm conclusion about what exactly was to be fixed, or how anyone was to be paid.

  • @kevmccormick1767

    @kevmccormick1767

    11 ай бұрын

    Douglas concluded that the NotW “are very clever at what they do”, to the extent that Higgins entered the final, fateful meeting believing there was a bona fide “huge sponsorship deal on the table”. Douglas says: “Therefore when it comes to the final [meeting] you realise John was going in as a rabbit in the headlights. And therefore I’m absolutely confident, absolutely confident, backed up by Mr Mill, that [the tribunal verdict] was the right interpretation.”
