My dad was a fighter pilot in the US Air Force and retired as a " Full Bird Colonel " while a wing Commander . He served 28 years active duty time by the time he retired. He flew multiple aircraft during his career and even took to the sky in a F-15 the day before he officially retired. He started with the F-4 phantom which he claims to be one of the fastest aircraft even today. He said " It runs out of fuel long before it runs out of fast ! " . He also said " They are great going straight but don't turn for shit ! ". He also flew " Vipers " ( F-16 Falcons ) and says they are still capable of defeating most of todays aircraft in a dogfight with a competent pilot. They are very very agile . But his favorite is the F-15 because its just that good. Unbelievably capable with the right type of driver. A Agressive Driver that flies it like he stole it isnt ideal. But a Driver who understands its strengths and weaknesses and Drives it with them in mind will be almost impossible to defeat with anything he may face from anywhere else. Their just that capable he says. And flight of four F-15s can be a devistating display of U.S. Air Force prowess. ( edited for spelling )

The two Fighter Jets I saw while I was in the Navy were the F-14 Tomcat and The A-6 Intruder I was Stationed at NAS Oceana at the Time

The A-6 intruder was not a fighter jet, it was an attack plane.

Any jet is dangerous in the right hands, period. I didn't know F-18 Hornets turned into F-15 Eagles, damn I missed that one🤔

I was thinking the same thing surely the order cant be accurate the f35 cant come close to beating the F22 And if we're being totally honest nothing else the presented could beat the F22 either none of the Russian or Chinese planes the Radar cross signature of a spider and arent really stealth anyway. its hard to lock on to a spider so how are they going to beat the F22

Between An Attack Plane Like The A-10 And A Fighter Like The F-15 Although Some Fighters Can Be Configured For Both Roles Fighter And Attack Missions 👍

F14 has been out of service for more than a few years now. I witnessed one crashing at NAS Miramar in 1978. Both pilots ejected. Aircraft had a runaway lateral trim during final approach.

The F-14 is still a incredibly lethal aircraft if its going up against other aircraft of its era . But it would be handicapped against most of todays fighter aircraft. Its fast and was maneuverable for the 70s and early 80s. But its huge and its engines are known for having reliability issues. The F-14 actually killed more F-14 pilots than and other aircraft and it killed more F-14 pilots than it killed enemy pilots !

Random commentary over frequently unrelated/wrong aircraft while purporting to rank 15 fighters on how dangerous they are..... But actually just ranked in whatever order the editor happened to find footage. This is just random snippets of 15 fighters (almost all of which wouldn't survive 5 minutes within 150km of the last-place pick) with a word-salad voiceover. We're all a little bit dumber for having watched this.

Positively surprised to see the JF-17 make it to the list. The video order is weird at best though.

In the JF-17 part, at 12:24, appears to be some type of Mirage fighters. Check out the delta wings.

One thing that some militaries like about the F-16, is with its one engine and small size, it costs less than many of its competitors. The smaller size and light weight also helps it achieve really hard turns in a fight.

Well i do agree f 16 and f 15 could be best as its been involved in many war. Nevertheless, f 15 was defeated by su 27 while f 16 was defeated by mig 35 in dogfight. While f 35 unable to do anything in Syria as its well guarded by su 35 and ranaway ( returned to the best in Syria) when it tried to enter Russian territory after chased by su 35 🤣🤣🤣👍👍👍. If real war take place between Russia n the US we can hardly predict who can do better.

Your list is absolutely ass backwards. Stealth Fighters are hundreds of times more dangerous than legacy birds, unless you're talking about being dangerous to the pilots.

Griffins are cool. In a book I have on air power, they mention that the Griffin can be maintained quickly by a ground crew with little training. It can also land on a road and be hidden under trees. These are strengths of their own.

Chungdoo J-10 is cannon fodder for the F-22. Enemies produce fighters to combat the F-35, but the F-35 is not our air for fighter. They are sorely mistaken. The F-22 will mail them.

While they talk about the F-22 Raptor, but at :53 is a picture, probably fake, of an F-14 Tomcat doing an artificially close fly-over.

I agree with another commenter regarding depicting the incorrect jet that you are talking about. I’m sorry to say, but that is very irritating to me. The fact that it occurred with jets that are very common and have been photographed for decades makes it unjustified. Please keep this in mind as you create new videos.

F22 might be a older jet. But there is a lot more to that jet then meats the eye. They can't even talk about it. They should have put the a10 in there to

Laser defense systems are presently being deployed in many United States military craft. The speed of light is pretty fast and instant. Guess only short range but better than only a few seconds of machine guns and being helpless. Ship's as well deploying to foul approaching ordinances. Walls of laser shields are in the works. Imagine a shield of lasers firing from entire hull of a ship,all directions timed by radar tracking. Pretty cool.

This video is VERY confusing… Several times it talks about one fighter model whilst clearly showing images from a different aircraft. It's also not a 'Top 15' list in the sense that it goes up to the most dangerous of all - which is fine by me but it contributes to being more confusing…

The Chinese have.not yet figured out how to control stealth aircraft and have not totally figured out stealth tech. The J 20 is the result of the Chinese air force trading low observability for maneuverability. The j20 will show up on radar long before the pilot realize a F22/23 is locked.him up and shooting him down.Any aircraft with canards is not a stealth aircraft. Nice looking plane.

Here before the Russians get mad they placed the raptor first.

The list is backwards! Where is the new F-15X All new technology and radar equipment! The F-22 Raptor should be on the top for stealth and best maneuver abilities with its vectoring thrust nozzles! There is a video of a F-15 Eagle involved in a training accident and lost its right wing from a collision with another F-15, the pilot was able to continue flying and land the fighter back to its base! How many of these other fighters stay airborne with a wing missing? F-15 has a top speed over 1500mph! Or Mach 2.5 The stats on this video is all wrong!
