I am doing this exercise every evening before going to bed and my quality of sleep increased significantly. I am waking up so easy in the morning. Thank you🙏🏻
Excellent, just perform these simple breathing exercises and see the difference, ideal time to do it is in the morning 1 hour before breakfast or anytime when stomach is empty and 1 hour before having a meal, inner calmness guaranteed 😊😊

Started this quarantine in March with severe anxiety and now I feel like yogi in November! Every day since my anxiety attacks I’ve been meditating and anxiety is no more. Please eat salad and fruits a lot..it will regulate your bowel movements..cure.. indigestion etc...and that will help with the migraine

I have been practicing it for a month offcourse not all days but manage to do sometimes. My BP is normal after walking and practicing this . The voice brings smile on my face throughout the day. I have lost my anger which I couldn't control all these 35 years of life. Thanks the institute so much for the video .

Mind will be stay balanced it's better solution for who is suffering from hormonal imbalance like pannic attack anxiety disorder and it doesn't wrok with medicine the only way is panayam.....

This is the best pranayama video, I practice it everyday, and it’s wonderful for relaxation and to help clear nasal allergies. I have also found benefits with this exercise for tinnitus and if done before bed, helps with sleep. Great video, thank you for sharing this.

Amazing video, I am following this technique for over 2 months and saw significant improvement in my day. Massive energy boost for the entire day. Feel my lungs are getting needed exercise and most of all my BP drops by 18-20 points.. my medication cannot do that

I was covid, my oxygen saturation was 72 so I was breathing with oxygen machine in hospital until i recovered and it increased to 92. I am checking my oxygen saturation with pulse oximeter daily. It between 92 and 97 Mostly 94. After i did exercise i checked again. It shows 99 which is the highest one. :)

Heh I too suffered with anxiety. Yoga will surely helps you.do it for 40 days only in morning 6 am time of sun rise. Chant om with vocal as it creates vibrations thorought your body. A natural sound can reset it.
This is the best breathing exercise pranayama I have found, and practice this regularly with my wife ..everything about the video and practice is absolutely brilliant..thank you for making this 🙏🏽
