Love your workouts. Can't alway find the same ones but do what I find.
I like this one a lot! I love how I can pick and choose from the different workouts depending on my mood. If I’m tired I can pick a five minute workout and call it quits or do more if I feel inspired. I like how flexible your offerings are for someone with a busy life!

Hello Shelly, I am 51 about to turn 52 and I discovered your workouts about a year ago. my husband actually found them for me and I love them so please keep making them! I do your 15 minute I do your 30 minute I do the 10 minute I do them all!! I’m in good physicalshape. I do struggle with my weight, but I’m not too far gone however I’ve struggled my whole life since a preteen and I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I just need to be healthy and not worry about my size and the extra few pounds that I carry. I just want thank you for posting these workouts and hearing us and seeing us and I’m so blessed by you and thank you so much.

Excellent, as ever. I had weights strapped to my ankles - 2kg each leg - which made this a challenge! I'd just chilled out with a half hour's stretch and I need to work on the upper body now (with weights) but I will give myself a little break! Thank you so much!
