I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple months now and LOVE them! We’re also full time RVers in a fifth wheel toy hauler! If y’all need any help or advice, we’re happy to provide whatever we can. Hey Suzi, It's been going well so far. Next week it will slow down and we will be in the same place for 9 days. So far its all been 4-5 day stays. Which is tough since we have to pack up out fifth wheel toy hauler and then set everything back up. But is been an adventure so far. We will keep posting more about it too!

Hello, Can you use free weights for these exercises if you don’t have bands? Sorry back at working out as a beginner again since covid. Nice workout!
