Maybe home-cooks can use their broil/grill feature on their home oven if they dont have a blow torch?

every time Claire says "mmmm", the more I wanna eat what she's eating ;-;

We need a “mmmm” compilation lol maybe a house music remix 🤩
If the worst thing Claire can complain about is not having wooden chopsticks and a ramen spoon, I think our boy Aaron just knocked it out of the freaking park. Fellas, we got ourselves a recipe to try this weekend. Thank you Aaron!
I’m Japanese and I absolutely would try making this . It’s probably the best you can make at home under a hour . Bravo !!!!
Hey guys, haven't watched the full thing but I know it's gonna be great.

Hey, love your channel but if I could make a suggestion, it would be great to have ingredients in description of the videos. I know you say use what you have on your kitchen but for those who crave some specific dishes you show and want to run to the market for quick shopping it would be so easier to have ingtiifients written down in description Keep up the good work! Your channel is amazing ❤️❤️❤️

I want to be Claire in my next life! I did see one problem with the recipe though - wouldn't more green onion make it more tasty? Seriously though, thank you! The videos are always a treat.

i agree with this 100% i always ask for an extra bowl of green onions to top off my ramen every time HEHE
It’s supposed snow heavily tomorrow so I’m making this for the ones who build me a snowman! Thank you for the idea.
This will take me longer than 15 minutes to make, but I'm still going to try it. Thanks for another great recipe!
My boy over at Way of Ramen got a quick Ajitama trick for you and the rest of the people here. Only 4-5 minutes after cooking the egg. 1 Tbsp Soy sauce 1 Tbsp Sake 1 Tsp Sugar Put this in a small pan and mix over low heat, when tiny bubbles appear you put your egg in there and roll it around for a little bit. It's not as good as the soaked ones but they're actually really good for how quickly it goes! Great video as always guys!
I could listen to Claire talk all day long even when I don’t understand what she says haha, love you guys!! Thank you for another amazing recipe Aaron!!
I've lost count on how many times Aaron said "don't worry about it!" 😂
the ramen itself already looks good, add on Claire's genuine reactions i'm sold. Saving this recipe thank you!
Whenever I tell my husband I'm making one of your recipes, he's super excited, cause he knows it's going to be delicious! Thank you for your recipes!

After watching this recipe, I have every intention to make the ramen soup but I only ended up at the Chashu (pork belly with that yummy glaze) !!! Oh was it ever delicious!!! I ate with rice & some steamed vegetables. It’s a whole meal itself, thanks Aaron!

“Dony worry about it!! “🙌🏾♥️ Yes I’m here for it👏🏾👏🏾😁
Claire has a good point. I think we need to get her a referee shirt and a stopwatch to see how long it took to make!
Haha, Claire called you out, Aaron: "15 minutes for you but an hour for me". Keeping it real!
I need an Aaron & Claire shopping list! We have wonderful Korean supermarkets in Toronto! Maybe I’ll just buy everything 😋☺️
This looks so yummy!
As a half-Japanese American, I'm super impressed by this recipe - it's got all the traditional elements prepared in a amazing way - GREAT RECIPE! Big thanks to Claire for complaining about not having traditional utensils!!!
Chef Aaron..I love all your recipes but have made ramen a regular in my kitchen. I love experimenting with different combinations of vegetables, Protein and sauces. It is so delicious...I am sure it is not only fuel for the body but also the soul.💙💚💜
I really love your videos!!!!!! You are both so funny and your recipes are soooo good! Thank you for all this great videos!
Absolutely loved this recipe! I didn't have ground beef, so I switched it up with some chorizo (which I always have lying around for some quick and easy flavour and fattiness) and I also added some fresh shiitake mushrooms.
Wowza! So many useful mini-recipies in one! I’ll do my best to try it! You two are too cute. ❤️💫

Claire is the best food taster
Looks beautiful and delicious.❤
Hodu!!!! 🧡🧡🧡 great vid! What texture!
THE DARK SOY SAUCE TRICK FOR THE EGGS IS GENIUS HAHAHA
I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS!!!!
I just subscribed because I’ve seen from time to time some of your videos and I just stayed ‘till the end and saw the washing dishes part, which let’s be honest is probably harder than the cooking process. And most of the time in a recipe video everyone uses small little bowls for every ingredient and a couple ustensils, but is the first time I see the aftermath of cooking. Like “Hey this is the recipe all nice, quick and easy, but don’t forgot you have to wash dishes for 20 min after” Great channel! I’m gonna come back when I’m in the mood for cooking and don’t know what!
We made this one at home today, amazing! Been trying out all sorts of home-made ramen during the years. 12h boil, 8h boil, 2h boil, chazu in oven, chicken etc But this one was so good! Think we just found our new favorite home-ramen. Thank you so much! (Also, just learned Sweden had non-salted porkbelly! Always only seen pre-salted one, kinda lile bacon. It was in another section at the food market haha)
You had me drooling in the 1st 30 seconds. Man I LOVE Ramen :O
Excellent upload and delicious recipe
Thank you for this recipe, I'm definitely trying this one out!

I like ramen a lot but never think want to make but this time I really want to try to make. You are really amazing teacher. I will let you know.... thanks teacher....
That is really such a good recipe! I already made your Tantanmen Ramen a few times and it is so delicious :) But for people who are already planing to do some ramen the next day: I really recommend to marinade some ramen eggs and some menma! It is so flavorful and delicious and depending on the portion you can use it for other dishes! (Like Ramen, or just plain on rice or rice with a sauce. I marinade my menma i.a. with chicken stock, terriyaki and some hon-tsuyu. Cooked it up, and then let it simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce was mostly into the bamboo). The eggs need to be put out of the marinade after 2 days but in an airtight container both of my toppings were still good after 5 days. I just love the yellow of the ramen eggs xD But again, thank you for this easy and time-saving recipe!
looks cool
I've missed you guys take care ❣️
Sieht gut aus 😋
