This is really good stuff. Tough and effective. I'll admit I chose one movement only for each of the multi stepped sequences, and did each somewhat slower. But with good form and my hat off to you@! (oh yea by the way I'm 71)

what are some of your workouts that are best for leaning out the arms? I have noticed that recently my arms have been getting bigger and its a huge insecurity :(

Would I still get results if I skip the push ups? I have severe arthritis in my wrists and it hurts like hell when I do them :(

The workout is wonderful. I just wish you had some transition/ coold down moves in between exerciss, like little dinamic stretches, walk in place, march, butt kicks etc.
I love your workouts😍👍🏻 but some sections I can't do because of my injured knee.

results depend also on how great your recovery is and nutrition:) but yeah its a pretty good routine

as soon as you go through them again and again, they become a routine and then, easy to follow :)
Good workout, but was discouraging that instructor would stop for lengthy breaks halfway through exercises or frequently stop before the 45-second timer was over. I wish she had either showed a modification or admitted if she was tired/needed a break rather than resting while telling viewers to keep going.
