Hi my loves!
Summer is approaching fast! I cannot wait for the sun to be shining and for all that energy to flow. Here’s a 30 minute full body workout with NO REPEATS. So many people have requested this and I loved filming it. Every once in a while you have to keep the body guessing the entire time.

I LOVE NO REPEATS!!! PLS DO MORE, I’m more likely to stop when there’s several sets of the same exercise 😅

SAME!!!!! I know it’s hard to think of new exercises but I DESPISE workouts where they just keep repeating the same exercises over!

Just a broke college student who started using your workout videos around the time COVID started and I have been obsessed ever since! The first video I watched (and still use to this day) was the 10 minute ab workout and I knew I'd love your personality and videos because you played Kendrick Lamar for the whole workout lol.
