The circles was the one that jumped out the most for me. Great vid man!

I had a stroke last year that only affected my vision (right eye is useless, left eye is fuzzy and only the left half works) I didn't notice any of these illusions except the "stepping feet" segment. They did seem to step to me. And the "light constancy" checkerboard illusion. Really cool!

The red and green at the end: reverse the effect by rotating screen 45 degrees and re watch, it balances the imbalance and restores your usual site

I was told 90 degrees. 45 degrees is diagonal.

with #1 there's also another illusion that if you concentrate on the center + until you see the green spot then look to either the left or right of the white background you will also see a circle made of green spots as well as the purple one.

The last one gave me a migraine about 20 seconds after. No other. Please slap a warning for those with photosensitive conditions especially those with epilepsy.

The lilac one. I did see the green dot. But the circles didn’t disappear for me. They were going in a right handed circle. My experience was that, suddenly, the lilac dots started circling the + sign, going the other way around,...towards the left. Large, blue, green optical illusion, for me, tilts towards the right, then back to center. Oh! This is FUN!!! I’ve been in the Ames Room!

Must be something wrong with me, as I experienced no illusory motion, during that part of the vid and figured the balls in a circle within a second or two and Troxler's effect had no effect. Spinning dancer I can see from either direction. 20:56 I'm wondering if you've included a similar illusion involving a train... Tell me others of you found the same?! The grid, sadly, remained mangled. Smh.

What you call "Colour consistency" is otherwise called the LAND EFFECT.

Many of these had no effect on me whatsoever but I have neuropathic blind spots in my vision. Interesting though to see what did effect me, only 2 or 3, and me waiting for the effect to actually happen on the rest!

Have you had cataract surgery? That makes some of them not work as well as the lens doesn't flex.

Fun fact about the lilac chase once you perceive the green disk stare at the cross for a little bit longer and you could see the lilac dots eventually disappear leaving the perceived green dot flasing.

Thanks. I was going to ask what the effect is on people born without sight in one eye, like my mother, whose mother had a cat and contracted toxoplasmosis when pregnant. All she’s told us is that she has no depth perception, which itself is only an illusion once you’re at a certain distance. (Looking at a mountain range on Google Earth is a good example of how illusory depth is.)
