Welcome to Day 12 of the Evening Yoga Movement! Tonight we're focusing a lot on stretching out our hips and lower back. If you've been standing or sitting a lot today, this class will hopefully bring you a lot of relief. We'll begin lying down with a leg stretch and reclined pigeon before moving into poses like seated twist and cat/cow. No props are needed and it's suitable for all experience levels.

    Actually this is the 4th night I want to saying/sharing something because I’m proud how far I come! 12.3kg I lost since from when I started doin yoga with Kassandra ( January 3rd) so yes I’m very proud and I looking forward to lose a bit more!     I'm loving these classes! Your tone, your pacing, the languaging of each affirmation... all help to make me feel fully 'met' and supported. I'm 73 years old, and can't usually do a whole hour of exercise, but doing the morning and evening sessions is just perfect for me. Thank you!

    These evening practises are a golden find Kassandra. I always practice in the morning but these evening practices are really a different experience. I use a smart watch that analyzes my sleep, my sleep is mostly poor, but since I started with these evening practices I feel better and can see in my app that my sleeppoints went up to. So a big thank you!

    #goodevening Love it when u have a breath out with a long sigh when u do the folding stretch on ur left leg. I was amused so i did the same and it really feels like "ohh im so releasing and comfortable being at home, right on my bed, doing something good for myself". I would recommend everyone to try having that breath out with a sigh like that..just for fun. Usually, little funny things are material that make us feel alive and happy right!? Thank you, Kassandra!     These videos are fab, hope you keep them on the channel as I like doing your yoga every evening. Maybe you could do 30 days of meditation next to bulk up that side of your channel? I know it's not practical right now but the one you did in Costa Rica was really cool, the simple ecumenical 5-10 minute ones are the best

    Actually I wanted to write at the end of this challenge but today I really want to write so here I am. It is really hard to take some time for ourselves in daily life but this year I really payed attention especially after the pandemic. I was randomly searching fot a night yoga and I saw this challenge it was amazing cause I needed something just like this.
