This is a 15 minute follow along lower body kettlebell workout to target your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core! You can use 1 kettlebell like I am (16kg for your reference) or 2 kettlebells or dumbbells!
The exercises are performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest to get ready for next exercise!

Take each movement slow and controlled throughout and make sure back is flat, push bum back and shoulder blade together for all swings and deadlifts!

Hit the threadmill this morning and just as I finished this wee 15 min Kettlebell routine arrived.💪💪💪so just added it to the morning workout. Its done in no time and you can really feel it. That sit to swing is great 👍. Thats me for today as tomorrow is HIIT Sunday 🤩
This is the second 15 min workout I've done with you. I love the way you explain the steps, without using words. It makes it easy to follow for someone who hasn't really exercised in a long time. The 15 minutes is about what I can manage with 10 lbs at this time, but I feel accomplished after your workouts. Thank you!

your workouts are definitely working! I've just done this one straight after the 20 min leg and thigh workout with ankle weights! Way stronger than about a month ago. I did the tabata HIIT on Sunday and got through it without stopping . First time I did it I had to pause at least 7 times for breaks

omg. Today was the first time I could get through without modification. I LOVE these 15 min workouts! I vacillate between total, upper and lower during the week and do total body on Saturdays, Sunday OFF;) When I get to the deadlifts I raise the weight to 45 but for everything else I'm at 20lbs. Instead of increasing time I'm just going to increase weights when/if it ever gets easy:) I don't know how you do it without gloves..I was getting calluses after week 2! Gloves made all the difference. Thank you!

I did this twice….kinda back to back. I did one of her 15 minute ab workouts between. It was so good I felt like I needed to do it again and it was so short and went by so fast I had the time. Second time around I had to drop 5 lbs lower for the single arm swings. That was too much weight for my one arm to do 😌. It really got my heart rate up at the end, so out of breath after that last kettle bell swing, I feel great afterwards!

Just completed ! WOW what a burner !!!
I tried it by adding workouts for the pauses: jumping jacks, burpees, running on the spot. It really kept my heart rate high!
I'm sweating, a lot. I can't keep up with 20 second BREAKS LADY. HALP. Loved it, first time with the kettleball, you rock!

Managed 16KG for all but three moves when I dropped to 12KG. Dripping with sweat and feeling proud of myself. Not bad for a 48 year old (who still thinks she's in her twenties, haha). Thank you so much Caroline!
