15 Min Inner Thigh Express Pilates Workout, Lengthening and Sculpting | Sanne Vloet
Hi Guys
Happy Wednesday! I hope all of you are having a wonderful week so far. I am a little sad the Pilates Challenge came to an end but don’t worry I have tons of new videos ready for you and I am working on a very special project! Pilates is my favorite workout to lengthen, sculpt and strengthen all the muscles! This Inner thigh workout was very high requested so I am excited to share it! Feel free to use any weights or no weights at all. If you want to make it more challenge you can also add on an elastic band!

Sanne, please help. My hips have deep popping/crunching and these are the most challenging for me beause I've had 3 kids and my hips have changed. I have no flexibly for this particular series. Feeling the most discouraged. Ive just completed your 10 day challenge. I feel amazing. Im so greatful for your videos. Anything you can offer, I am desperate to heed your advice❤💯 thank you

I don't have these things that you wear on your feet, I mean the ankles. Is it okay if I do this exercise without them? Would it work?

You can increase your leg muscles to make your thighs tighter, but you can't decide where to lose fat.
