Hey guys!
I hope you had an amazing weekend! Whether you celebrate Valentine's day or not I hope you took some time this weekend for some self love and care. I've really been enjoying my epsom salt baths to help relax my muscles after a long day. Many of you requested a new Inner Thigh video so I wanted to share a quick 10 min Pilates inspired workout focused on strengthening and toning inner thighs. Sami and I are also super excited to finally share what we've been working on so stay tuned for a special announcement on my stories this week!

I did this throughout December consistently and I saw a great improvement! My legs were very slim and I had a thigh gap, my belly was more toned, and my arms too. I felt amazing as well I did so much better in school and I was a great person overall. I’ve been needing to get back into this workout again so I can experience that again! Please reply or like to remind me!!

I felt the pain and the burn, but those 10 min past sooo quickly! When she said "and we're ready for today" I was like "we're already done?!" I really love these pilates workout! They make me want to keep going and exercise even more, not like most on the workout on youtube that after less than 5 mins you're already regretting all your choices in life 😂

I love the simplicity of how you explain the exercises, it's really clear and easy to follow! I am a newish Pilates instructor and I'm always getting inspired by other teachers, and considering you've not been teaching long, You're really good! X

i love how this workout feels so gentle but at the same time you can feel the burn
The fastest 10 mins of my life😱 I feel my every muscle scream in pain, but that burn feels soooo good! 5th day of my "I'm discovering pilates" journey is going well so far hehe. Thanks

You have a such a lovely voice to listen to while working out Sanne! Thank you for this workout, I love the twisty ones you can really feel your thigh working!

The most important part about pilates is to build the powerhouse. So it would be very great If you include it or say it at the beginnig so that everyone who ist new at Pilates can do it seperate. 🌻✨

Exactly ! Also the hips should stay still on the moves, which Sami wasn't doing properly sometimes. Pilates is all about control
added a band and my legs are on fire~ thank you!
The whole video was so calm but my legs were restless and shaking hard 😂 I thought it was gonna be easy but i thought wrong. Overall, good workout video!

this is the third time i do this exercise but i still can't believe that it was only 10 minutes. Though it seems really fast but surely i can feel the burn :D Amazing exercise!!! Thank youuu

I have bulky thighs and front part 52 cm with growth 160 cm. I don't bulk up my legs? You can make workout for lose muscle in legs. Sorry for my very bad english.

with pilates and this types of exercises you don’t bulk up! and that’s why they are really good for people with bulky legs. the exercises that bulk up arr the ones like squats. i definetly reccomend this workout to you if you have bulky legs💗
