15 min Hip Opening Flow

This 15 minute flow is meant to release tension in your hips. Focus on your Ujjayi breath and ease into every pose. Especially when working with the hips you want to ease into every pose - feeling a little goes a long way. Allow yourself to find a deeper expression of the pose only when the sensation begins to dissipate (don't push through the discomfort).
