hi everyone! I'm going to do this workout for 2 weeks. and I wanna share the results with you. Day 1: It was a great. i really want to do it every single day. 8/10 Day 2: i'm so burning..🔥 8/10 Day 3: i really sweat at the moment..8/10 Day 4: It was easy. 8/10 Day 5: my hip dips were so burning...9/10 Day 6: this was a burn!!! 9/10 Day 7: 1 week! to be honest, I see only a very small change but I'm sure that I'll be able to get better than now. 8/10 Day 8: i'm burning. 9/10 Day 9: the same. 9/10 Day 10: 🔥 9/10 Day 11: my hip dips are burning. 9/10 Day 12: I see big changes! 10/10 Day 13: i love it so much!!! 10/10 Day 14: 2 weeks! Thanks to this workout, I could get that body what I wanted. But I'm not going to stop and I continue do this. 10/10 Day 15: my hip dips look better. 10/10 Day 16: 8/10 Day 17: I see the result. 10/10 Day 18: Done!!! 9/10 Day 19: I love it so much!! 10/10

Omg,i find out this work out too late..the best i've ever done..it burns the exact point too good..thanks for sharing..i love it..i've done a lot before but no other hip dips workout satisfy me as much as this workout does..

@@khuloodkhalid2393 Hi, I’ve been doing this one plus I added on her beginner Ab one for couple mths now. Legs have definitely benefited. Butt has definitely lifted and abs are starting to show too. I’ve been losing a tad of weight with calorie deficit of approx 300/500 a day too to tone up the tummy. I weigh 60kg so not over weight but would like to drop a couple of kilo.

Would love to see more 15-30 minute matwork Pilates videos (no jumping, no HIIT) for targeted toning! This one is fantastic! Maybe some with booty bands or light hand weights too.
hey everyone this is my 14 day progress, this is the third workout I am attempting! day 1: absolutely exhausting, skipped two or three exercises already wanna quit but Im gonna try my best! day 2: an absolute banger, a lot more burn, felt easier but definitely more motivated day 3: pain is tolerable soreness, soreness, everywhere in my hips, I am able to do most exercises now! day 4: soreness decreases, the burn js still there but its easier to handle Day 5:woahh that pain felt completely normal and I was used to it, the burn is definitely still there, gotta keep going! ❤

I haven't worked out in months and I'm gonna commit to this specific routine along with a few others for two weeks!! Day 1: Done!!! my muscles were on fire but cooled down throughout the day Day 2: Done!! although halfway through my legs felt like they're gonna fall off Day 3: Done!!! A whole lot less difficult, I hit the moves with more speed and accuracy than before Day 4: Done!! sweatier than usual tho Day 5: Done!!!!!! much much easier already!! Day 6: Donee! Day 7: Done!! Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:

This is a really good workout, I've been doing it for a week and I followed the schedule from the previous hip dip workout and I already see results from it. My hips and hip dip area increased by 2 cm and I can't wait for the final results at the end of the two weeks. Update - after 10 days, my hips increased by another cm💕💕. I still have 3 days left

(started on 28/06/2024) day 1 ☑️ day 2 ☑️ day 3 ☑️ day 4 ☑️ day 5 ☑️ day 6 (rest day) day 7 ☑️ day 8 (busy day) day 9 ☑️ day 10 ☑️ day 11 ☑️ day 12 ☑️ day 13 ☑️ day 14 ☑️ two weeks are over, i noticed changes in my hip dips area, 91cm-95cm. love it, and i will continue. i'm addicted

@@أسماءالحريبي These workouts are working dw, you’ll notice results faster if you use exercise band, personally I don’t believe it will work without it, since you need to feel intense tension to grow glutes n stuff. No pain no gain.
My first workout after months and I could only do half a min of each😂 with consistency I will do it… thank you
