15. Garlic prawns sweet potato & salad

Cooking an anti inflammatory diet for the management of my Arthritis
20g Raw prawns (large), peeled and deveined
1 Large sweet potato, chunks cooked till tender.
6 Large radish, Sliced
3 Scallions, chopped fine
3 Clove garlic, chopped fine
3 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
6 Tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 the garlic that is already chopped
salt, black pepper to season
