If you have a dip station and have been wondering what all you can use it for, this video is a great place to start. These 15 dip station exercises are plenty to keep you going for a while. I display the exercises in a progressive manner and break them down by movement type so you can gradually build strength as you learn them.
Truth be told, this is not everything you can do on dip bars, but it's plenty to keep you busy for a long time if you're still a beginner. You can even construct an entire dip station workout with these exercises. I'd recommend using at least one exercise from each movement category (push, core, pull and legs ). Do them either as sets and reps for strength, or in a circuit format for muscular endurance and fat loss.
I hope you can use this video to do more with your dip bars and take your calisthenics home workout to the next level.
Let me know what else you want to see in future videos.
Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe! :)

I got a dip station a couple months ago and have been doing a version of the your 4 part beginner pretty consistently for the last 6 weeks. After literally never being able to do a pull in my life, now at 35 years old, can now do 5 pull ups or chin ups with good form. Great videos and thanks for all the motivation.

How have you found doing pull ups on a dip station? Are you able to get a decent ROM as I'm looking into doing them on a dip station with legs up rather than attaching a pull bar to the walls?

Thanks a lot for sharing. I was getting out of inspiration for exercises on the dip station. Never thought of laying it sideways for deep push-ups (although it came with a pair of optional handles for that, but it makes the exercise a tad harder). Using the bar itself and elevating my feet to get to a declined position will do a nice intermediate movement. Thanks for the tip, Ryan. Thumb up!
