I am the lucky owner of one of the boards in this video. After you consider the quality of the materials, workmanship, and sheer artistry it’s a phenomenal bargain. This is not simply a cutting board, it’s a statement, equal parts functionality and art. My board will live on our kitchen island, for all to enjoy, and never put away. Btw, pictures don’t remotely do justice to Ryan’s work.

$1400 doesn't sound that crazy, given that this dude likely spent well over $100k on the building structure, machinery, tools, and then material. That's not even including the cost of his time. You can't deny that these boards are sexy as hell.

Wow, the end result is amazing. I stumbled on your channel learning to make small wood working projects at home. I never thought a cutting board wood be this time consuming. ;) I subscribed just to see the process and results but the learning experience here is tremendous. I make so many mistakes as a novice and I don't have access to the tools or shop you have. Keep bringing on the project vids they are fantastic. You are great at explaining the how to. As normal AWESOME!! Your cutting board business is one of the most impressive.

For scraping glue, I use a pull-type paint scraper. They are cheap and effective. Blades have four sides and can easily be resharpened. This tool works well with dried glue. Think of it as a much stronger card scraper. Mine can even remove whisper-thin shavings.
