The construction of the oven sitting on the floor, directly on the ground, to radiate heat through the floor is very clever. Brick construction also distributes and conserves heat more efficiently.

My 5 year old son is very much into nature and camping and super restless little guy. We started watching the first video and he was so fascinated and eventually fell asleep and now on his fourth hour of nap. He hasn’t napped since he was one. I somehow moved on to the next video and almost finished it. We had a lovely afternoon, very relaxing.

One way of maximizing the out door fire is to invest in a cast iron three-legged dutch over or a cast iron flat bottom dutch oven. Great for bread making. Also a cast iron kettle would be great for the small fire inside.

Just when you think it cannot get anymore cosy and convienient , Alex proves it can ! Fantastic .

I was thinking how Alex always points to things as he’s looking at camera. He’s so quiet. If I stayed by myself in the woods I would be having full conversations with myself the whole time! Lol

I think it’s for the video. Idk how I came across him but after watching him, two others popped up on my feed and I watched them and they’re quiet as well and they put it in the description so I guess these videos are just show how with no talking

I think this is the easiest way to prove that men don't need much to be happy. I'd be thrilled to have something like this in the woods.

Alex, for the winter months to help insulate the window create a second frame with plexiglass to attach outside or inside the window or use a plastic window wrap (you may get some condensation inside the wrap though. Excellent channel, thank you.

That’s a crazy amount of work for 3-4 nights/month. That being said, I’m sure it’s something you can enjoy forever with the amount of good/hard work you put into it.

Please rethink your gasoline storage area to outside the building. Gas fumes are heavier than air therefore gathering in that space which your stove fire could ignite
