I use the white and sometimes I use mica in my molds even with the white I don’t know how I lived without the fast cast lol. Funny these days we just have to have that instant gratification. I’ve played with this using the aluimite brand and it’s great for alcohol inks but not so good for trying to embed things in or to get predictable results for any effects you’d like to do simply because of the heat and fast curing. Brilliant for the less patient among us though! Sets rock hard too.

I agree, Coyote. The black is great to use, especially when you have dusted your moulds with chameleon powders. I also love the white with ghost powders, especially for angel wings, etc. I prefer pu resin to epoxy, it's great stuff. x

Hi Ali, you can buy pu resin in smaller amounts from other brands. I find the black and the white the most versatile as they are brilliant when you dust your moulds with chameleon or ghost powders. I hope you get a chance to try it out x

The first one reminded me of old china, very lovely. if the alcohol ink dries in the mold what does that do to the design. that might keep those "dot" effects you like?

Love watching you and have learnt so much thank you. I have a problem with polyurethane I. That it seems to “leak” an oily substance after curing. I have got around it by 6op coating in UV but do you have any other advice.

Sure, use a silicone tip brush and try to move them off the face of the mold before your resin sets 😁
