There is a lot more to this story. The mother says she still loves him. She talks to him on the phone. She let's her child she had after all of this happened talk to him on the phone. He attacked the mother during a prison visit. She says she knows he will kill her if he ever gets out. The mother is just as crazy but in a different way. Sick!

This case caused me to reflect on how much I loved my older brother when I was a little girl. I thought he was second only to God. I’m sure Ella loved that psychopath just as much and I can’t let myself even think about the horror that poor child had to endure. 😥

This story was so sad. He literally said he killed his sister to get back at his mom for relapsing. And she thinks that when he gets out, he’s gonna kill her and possibly harm his little brother. Lord this story...

I’m surprised she wasn’t charged for neglect. As a mother I would’ve 100% filed a lawsuit against her. Selfish of her to go home on superbowl Sunday, probably hoping to further her own plans for that evening

I can only think of what that poor baby went through, it's so unbelievably sick. He set the path for what his life will be like when he get's out of prison, he won't stop he liked what he did.

Horrible. I've seen a 14 teen year old get 40 years in Texas. Prison can't fix this kid.

Mom says she loves him and forgives him but she never wants him out on parole. She is very fearful of him. Mom says he is extremely dangerous. She has had another male baby!

It's hard to say. Some people can come from some of the worst backrounds and grow to be a sane person. Some people can grow up with the best family and become psychopaths. Who knows.

If this case does not prove that a person can be born inherently evil then I dont know another example...this boy/man cannot be rehabilitated and frankly, 40 years is not enough. To think he could be out roaming the streets at 53 years old is unnerving to say the least. He should never be released to hunt down another potential victim. Pure evil.

She has also said if he does get out she will up and leave, go into hiding as she has a young son and is scared for his safety. She has made it clear to Paris they will only have contact as long as he is in prison. The minute he is out she is gone and he is blocked from her life!!

Charity also has another son, a little boy named Phoenix. She said a couple months ago she’s cut ties with Paris and had permanently closed the ella foundation. For about 13 years she ran the ella foundation as a way to honor her daughter and to help other families. Another fact to add to this case, ella was born at home, she was also killed in the same bed she was born in. This actually happened on 2/4, not 2/5 💜 Paris has his parole hearing on 2/4/27.

I haven't heard of this story OMG. God Bless You Ella RIP Babygirl.

Thank you Harmon for bring this case to us. It is a beautiful area that they lived in. You need to be careful being around people's homes. I had a horrible feeling that someone was going to come out of the house and be angry at you hanging around. It could be very dangerous for you to be around people's homes, if they are 'strange', you never know what they are thinking. Please be careful.

How does a 13 year old convince a babysitter to go home? If a babysitter is easily convinced by a child; he/she shouldn’t be babysitting. This whole story is horrible.

This is the first time I'm hearing that Paris sexually assaulted his sister before killing her.....I've seen many documentaries with the mum, Granma and the interview he did but that sick part was never mentioned...

If ever there was a case that screams an eye for an eye,this is it!

Oh wow, this is the first time I'm hearing about Ella being assaulted in that way before he killed her. I also didn't know he did this because the mom relapsed. The 911 call is so messed up, he was pretty believable. Ugh this is even worse knowing he did that to Ella first. This is so incredibly twisted. He's only three years younger than I am which is so crazy to think about. When he was 13 committing this murder, I was 16 getting my braces off and learning to drive. I can only imagine how the babysitter feels knowing Paris did this after she left. There's no way this guy gets out. He's too far gone. How unfortunate he will never be able to use his genius mind for something good :-/.

This is one of the most horrific cases , poor little girl... I hope that demon won't ever get out of jail his a menace to society

I remember going to a lecture by a retired FBI Agent and during the lecture he spoke about various criminal activities perpetrated within the home and discussed child safety. At one point he said that when you leave your children's care to the charge of another person the least (least) you can expect when you arrive home is that they are still alive. I was taking notes in shorthand and, afterwards, when I read it back to other people in attendance that night they said they hadn't noticed he was that specific and were obviously aghast because many of them employ babysitters.

@@InfamousCrimeLocations would you please check into a case here in Blountville Tennessee. A young mother killed her only baby but the news hasn't said anything about how she done it. Also they charged her with 2 counts of murder and we don't understand why, it was just one baby she killed 🤷 it is "THE EVELYN BOSWELL CASE" I Think she was 18 months old I could be wrong but she was for sure under 2 💔😭
