My app doesn’t look the same as this. I don’t see a control center.

i can`t connect to alexa ? can you make one video to show us how to connect. tx very much

What device is the usb dongle plugged in to in this video?

Hello. I just received my twinkly music. I followed the instructions on the manual and on this video. The app sees the Twinkly Music, then prompts me to select a wifi network, right after I press Connect, it'll say Applying Settings, then after 1 second, it would say No device found, Try Again. Then it bring me back to the WiFi selection> connect , then it just repeats. Can you please help? Thanks

I had the same problem. I just kept rapidly hitting try again over and over and it took.

I also had this issue. I got frustrated and just kept hitting try again every time it failed. As MgWalker stated above, this worked for me.

The same problem! Even I returned the first time because I thought had a defect and a bought a new one and I have the same problem 😭

Problem solved! I’d recommend a procedure that should help with your Wi-Fi connection. Reset your Twinkly Music sound sensor. Go ahead and hold down the controller button for approximately 10 seconds until the LED turns purple. Then click on your router’s WPS button (some have an icon that’s similar to a refresh symbol, but just be sure not to click on the reset button). Then wait until the light turns blue, and log in to the Twinkly app and check whether it can see the device (make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi).

I am having issues setting up my twinkly music device, it will NoT connect to my wifi, what is wrong?

Does this work with any music? Say music coming from my alexa on the radio?

It has a Microphone built in. So as long as the Speaker (Alexa) is nearby and/or the Music loud enought. It should work fine.

I just ordered this last week. I hope its worth it. its more than double the price to ship to my country philippines😅 .

Keep hitting Try Again. It took after a few times.

The twinkly music dongle has the old firmware and it won't let me update it, keeps giving me an error message any ideas?

I tried with samsung it didnt worked so i downloaded the app on my iPad and it downloaded the update

Connect one line at a time

Do you know if the Twinkly music can be activated with Alexa? It would be nice to create routines. Another question. Do you know if you can choose random effects that go changing with music so that you don't have to choose one manually?

Mine does not dance to the music. All what they call Drivers do the same thing and same patterns over and over.

Agreed, it should be wireless synced. Idk if it’s only by sound sync. If that makes sense…
