I ignored her. She got angry. She ignored me back. Won't talk to me. After many battles, today, she came in a room where I was sitting alone on the sofa, and sat down next to me shoulders touching. We didn't say a word for 10 awkward minutes. It took both of us zen Buddha control to not say anything. She pulled out a pack of potato chips out of her Ninja mind, ate them and only stood up when she finished eating them to throw the package away. Another good video, Anna. I have seen several videos like this, or close to it, by you and others, and none of them seem to address figuring out if the feelings of a close platonic friend might be changing. Many of the signs one might watch for are already present due to the extreme familiarity of the friendship. In my case she and I are best friends, and she was the main source of support through my divorce, and now I am being supportive while her divorce plays out. So we are both very aware of the details, even intimate ones, of each other's lives. Makes the lines blurry to say the least. (and, no, there was no affair before or even consideration for one. Just new feelings on my part and finding it hard to read her mood...)

Well, the girl at the barbershop touches me, smiles at me. asks questions about daily routines. Can't tell if she speaks higher. Guess she just being nice. How can we find out?

All these tips are good, the problem is most of the guys that get these signs don't need to be able to recognize them. One thing to add to this is list is not just agreeing with everything, sometimes they do the exact opposite. They DISagree with you. Basically getting your attention by starting an argument with you.

I know this girl at work who at first said she didn't have a boyfriend but now she says she does. She does share a lot of personal info with me and asks me a lot about my own life. I find making friends almost impossible. If one comes along it is purely by chance or they made the effort. I have only made 4 friends in my entire lifetime and only one at a time. For some reason I can't cope with more than just one friend at a time. The problem though is that because I don't make friends easily I tend to cling on to them like a puppy, this though tends to scare them off and I am left wondering what did I do wrong. It has been 24 years between the last friend and the current friend. I want to get closer but am afraid I will end up scaring her off. I don't like being lonely.

What about, once I had to talk to another woman, she comes over, locks her arm with my right arm, then goes and does the same with the left arm, this time though she stares at the other woman.....Some people say she is just being dramatic, me?
