I've noticed the comments about why girls don't ask guys out. Some commetors have responded that girls do ask guys out, but my experience has been that they don't. I've had women show interest so blatantly that they might as well have just asked me out, but they never have. Anna has a lot of videos on spotting signs of interest, but to get specific about hints that a girl wants you to ask her out, one experience stands out in my memory. This one falls into Anna's category "mentioning being free." Years ago I was a regular ccustomer at a certain restaurant for a while. I used to make friendly small talk with the girl who ran the restaurant's day shift. She was a very busy young woman. She worked full-time at the restaurant, and went to college, which she paid for with income from that job. One day during one of my visits to this establishment, this girl told me that she was about to go on vacation from her job. She then remarked that she never had time to go out, and was looking forward to going out some while she had time on her vacation. She might as well have flashed a neon sign telling me, "Hey guy, now you're supposed to suggest that we go out together," but she still left it up to me to ask her out. You could probably write a book on theories about why women expect men to do the asking, but my experience has been that they do expect it to be this way.

I'm not sure what's going on in my case.
