Jordan, SMTVV marketing is crazy, Atlus been posting a daily daemon video everyday for the past months and even doing live events in Japan recently… also, you can choose the alternative route early at the beginning of the game, but more importantly, are you planning to review it? 😄

I'm fairly annoyed by Atlus' handling of SMTVV, it feels like "oh you bought the original release and helped us fund this version, but if you want anything out of it pay full price again, b*tch", therefore I will not get it, as I do own the original. I bought the Hatsune Miku Picross game digitally when it came out and it is pretty fun, albeit easier than Mario Picross.

Okay I JUST bought the second Monster Hunter Stories game for the Switch?!!! Right before I knew about this. I found it cheap and I had never played the series sooooo yeah. I love it and I will still get the first one since I missed it on 3DS. But really?! 😤 I guess it is okay as I collect physical copies. When I do get the first one I will have to give away the digital copy to a friend I guess...

Well, I won't be taking advantage of the sale, but it is good to know that Monster Hunter is for sale at a sensible price on Play Asia for when I do have money available to buy it.

Vengeance adds a new route that radically changes the story and also adds plenty of changes, improvements, new characters and daemons, compared to the original version is a whole new experience.

For SMT V the story to me was pretty weak, I expected it to be more philosophical but the human characters I just really didn’t care about tbh they were so one note. I only finished because the Gameplay was excellent, good music, and Cleopatra was Bae. I personally though will be waiting for reviews to see if the story is any better and a deep discount before considering purchasing again.
