I believe she uses ifont? You can install fonts from google fonts and some other font websites, and add them onto your iPad, however the font doesn’t work everywhere. If you’re using good notes, or similar note taking apps, I’m pretty sure it will work fine there though

For the background sounds, you can just go to general control and click in the plus in hearing, then swipe to the spot where you can edit screen brightness, there you will see an ear, click on it and voila

The holding the image to make it a sticker, I don’t know if it works on iPad Air because I tried and it worked, but I can’t make custom stickers unless it’s a Memoji..?
