91 Hiace pickup 4X4, 13.5 wheels on back. 15 wheels front. Swapping rear differential to match front. Gear raito is 8 on pinion and 41 on crown= 8X41.
1st choice, East Coast Gear @ aprox 2500.00-3000.00 to regear. front and rear. Found 4X4.experts.LTD in Dubai on Ebay. They had remanufactured with Japan parts not China. 8X41 differential aka 3rd member aka pumpkin. 1050.00 total shipped. The 8X41 gears are rare here in the U.S.A. Id love to learn from anybody thats done this before. UPDATE WHEN I GETS MY NEW DIFF. HAPPY DAY

My Hiace drives just like it came out of the box. Talk with Tony at MayberryMiniTrucks.Com They found exactly what I wanted at the price I set.
hi there about to do the same what axles and drums did you use ? i will be using gears out of the front and rear lsd diff centre from a 90s 4runner

@@cawalshx2 thanks for the reply just found out here in australia the ln kzn rzn vzn 167 hilux axels backing plates and drums fit the rear diff center from any hilux fits the rear and the front diff gears from about 1990-2004 hilux/4runner with ifs fit in the hiace front housing

@@user-vo5km8bi1m Just watch ya gear ratio. Diesel gears are different than gas engine. Diesel dont have as high as high a rpm. I matched the rear with what was in the front, 8-40. The 3dr member i got was only 1000.00. Left the front alone. Make shore ya set the gear lash corectly. Dont use the old crush colar.

@@cawalshx2 yep emu 203 had a horn which pnr uses but only del 5009 uses it today and the aw-5 horn is now removed from 900 series while 5000 series has one

@@pnrtrains902 I dont got an AW-5, thats a japan horn.It do sound like a Leslie S-31. I can do that horn if ya like.
