I am fortunate to have both and they most certainly complaint each other. Lol, I think that there is a good chance that your wife is right on that one. The cost of the ATV plow is relatively inexpensive in comparison to tractor attachments and implements. If you don't already have a winch and are thinking of getting a plow I highly recommend a warm winch. Have a great weekend Ben!

I do have more fun clearing snow with the ATV. I think that the blower on the front and the blade on the back like you have is the best configuration for clearing snow with a tractor, and then a cab would make it the ultimate. You too have a great weekend Luc!

Good afternoon Tod! They are both fun. It really comes down to your needs and there are many other ways and pieces of equipment that can be used. We all have different landscapes and what works for me may not work for others. You too have a great weekend!

You've got the best of both worlds! I use my tractor with a plow for all the big stuff but I have a Toro electric snow thrower for the sidewalk and the tight spaces 🤠👍

Before I got my BX, I used my Mule side by side, but ran into the same issues you mentioned. Both have their places on my property, a d I want to keep both! Cheers and have a good weekend.

I totally agree that both have there pros and cons and having both really compliment what the other can't do. There are so many pieces of equipment and configurations that can be used. We all have different landscapes and needs and what works for me may not work for others and vice-versa. You too have a good weekend Ross!

Both do a good job, the blower is better in deep snow. ATVs are always more fun than tractors. Another good video Paul. Brent

Thanks Paul. I was surprised you chose the atv over the tractor but you used both and your decision was based on usability and needs. I've never plowed with an atv but those who do really like what they can do.

I really enjoy the benefit of having both the tractor and the ATV to clear snow. Most snowfalls are light to moderate and there are so many aspects to clearing snow that better fit the use of the ATV. Especially on the pond, the trails and tight spaces. Have a great weekend Kenny!

Thanks! Yeah for me the ATV is definitely my 1st choice. It is nice to have the tractor blower for big snowfalls and really heavy wet snuw. Having snow in the winter is nice and it does make the surroundings picturesque. Have a fantastic Sunday!

Paul, good food for thought. However, I will not be giving up my tractor. The other factor folks need to consider is their needs. You have the unique need to clear your pond which could be done with an inexpensive single stage snow blower. Great video - I've never been a big fan of ATVs, but I could really buy into a UTV. IMO, they have a lot to offer on a homestead or farm. One of the things I've come to realize is everything in life is a compromise. I enjoyed your presentation and you do an excellent argument. Thanks Bob! You are absolutely right it really comes down to your needs and there are many other ways and pieces of equipment that can be used. I have the pond and trails where the ATV is boss for me but others may have wide open lots etc. The ATV can't handle the heavy wet snow or the really big snowfalls as well and I am fortunate to have the blower on the tractor for those instances. Fun Paul. Its great having multiple motors. Kawasaki makes a good engine. I have one in my John Deere. Its fun, I have a Kawasaki in my John Deere, A Yamaha Scooter, A Can Am Side x Side, A Suzuki Boat motor.. Guess Honda is the odd man out, Ha. Happy snow clearing....i have spring flowers coming up.

It's nice to have toys. You have nice machines. They are all fun to use as long as we respect them. We have some very warm unseasonable weather coming. Sounds like you have some nice weather for flowers to pop up already. Take care buddy!
