PHS Innovate utilises years of material handling experience in combination with ABB Articulated Arm Robots to supply and integrate a full range of Robotic Palletizers for a wide range of applications. This innovative solution includes an ABB IRB660 robot servicing 3 production lines with a ScottPHS designed 2-zone mechanical case gripper for picking multiple cases and up to 2 separate placements per pick cycle for increased palletizing speed. The gripper head also handles empty pallets and cardboard pallet sheets.
