PHS Innovate utilises years of material handling experience in combination with ABB Articulated Arm Robots to supply and integrate a full range of Robotic Palletizers for a wide range of applications. This innovative solution includes 4 x ABB IRB660 robots, with quick-change mechanical grippers for handling a wide range of products including round tin pails, square tins, plastic wrapped blocks, cardboard cases and bag-in-box cases, plus pallets and layer sheets. Stacks of empty pallets and completed pallets are handled by a double pallet shuttle on rails.
