Omg I so agree she can do it all, but this kid needs a life as a kid. I do hope she does go Por when the time is right. I fear a burn out is inevitable. I wish her well in all her endeavours.

It’s her choice if she wants to do this or not and she clearly got herself into these sports, also if she wants to make it pro which she does she will have to practice at a young age.

i know people think this is amazing, but. all i can think about is how her parents have forced her to do three tiring activities her entire life. even if she likes these sports, at the level she's at at such a young age, she clearly hasn't had any time to do anything else but train which is going to take effect on her growing young body and mind.

  • @FCchelsea92

But some kids love to train maybe she’s just one of them who wants it more than others I’m sure she would complain if she didn’t want to do certain sports

This is lowkey tragic. Her family’s belief is that they won’t be happy unless they’re good at what they’re doing. Performance based mindsets like that literally kill kids when they fail…and they WILL fail. It’s how you grow. Of all the things you could pray for your kid…let her be fast? Sheesh.

One name: Todd Marinovich. He was raised from birth to be the ultimate athlete... and he actually made it to the NFL... But his jacked up childhood (that never allowed him to be a kid) made it all come crashing down. Also, children who have too much physical stress (mileage) put on their bodies as they are developing are much more prone to injuries later (see: Lonzo Ball). These parents may mean well, but they're probably making a mistake. But at least NIL makes it possible for her to make substantial money in college if she excels and gains a following in a particular sport in her late teens/early 20's if her body is subject to breakdown early. I truly wish her the best.

My son was a collegiate, youth national teams and professional soccer player, so I am an ultimate soccer mom. 😀 The coach was referencing that US soccer players, male and female, most of the time do not have the highest level of touch on the soccer ball that players from European, Latin and Africa countries have. That is because the US did not compete in soccer until the early part of the 1900s, but in the other continents soccer has been played for centuries. So we compensate with speed and athleticism.

These no days off with sports for these young altheletes, is puttiing miles on their body un nesscary and by the time she goes college , that miliage and injuries will start to kick in. Also its parents training kids and when some. Parents see that potential, they see $$$, free stuff , free sxhool and all that . Its all good but when they go pro, their body will be crazy burnt out , that chicago bull ball player comes to mind .
