Just preordered you new book with all the bells and whistles! Love your lessons, Ryan, thank you for bringing them forward. ❤
all killer - no filler!I don't regret one hour or more spent on your longform channel. A discourse for the common man and kings - thank you for being able to get to peoples truths or struggles or philosophy even if it isn't strictly researched or understood like you. Like all of us. cheers for all the time you spend for the common good for free. Pre ordered your next book - can't wait and congrats in advance .It's already won the rest is just our gain. thx deeply.
Thanks for sharing , been reading and listening your work for a while, such a great inspiration!
I always love to hear the voice of reason, from people who know, and have been there. Thank you.
When we wake up every morning, our attitude should be : What can I do to help today. If we have this attitude, man, our life will be taken care of and be guided by the all Universe, peace and contentment will never leave us. Be a beacon for others, may all sentient beings be safe and happy. 💜😊

Everything that comes in and out of your life is their to teach you how to improve yourself. Amor Fati
Stoicism is the best!
One of the best videos 😄
Love this channel! 😋😁😍
Great meditation to start the day!! Love the concept of euthymia. Fortunate to have a few true north stars in my life to help me re-find the path once and if I veer or get distracted.
'Haters' is not a problem. You give them power if you acknowledge/ respond.
Sheesh Whitney broke that down! That was an amazing analogy.
2:28 hahaha when i was in mexico i just wanted to be back home 😂
Great Robert Greene clip. I may have been misunderstanding him.

Be your own spectator
Two thumbs up + two big toes up.
0:55 also break the goal down into small parts! So don't just say i want to loose 20 lbs, but define exactly what you will do everyday to achieve that! Example: I will walk 2 miles everyday (or 5 days per week) the more specific you get the more likely you are to achieve your goal, too! So saying i will walk 2 miles every morning after my shower or every evening when i get home from work. But it has to be realistic if you aren't going to have energy to walk after work then you have to reevaluate how you will achieve your goal and if that goal is even possible without adjusting your work schedule. SERIOUSLY unrealistic goals are the reason why most of us give up!
❤
Can you talk about the topic of insecurity?
Give Ryan a break!!! And “you”, just do the work as he says. Develop “your” own tools, and practice “your” own game. 🙏
I really enjoyed what that white bearded guy by the bed had to say.
Don’t compare yourself to others - Tom segura 😂😂😂 that’s all he does

Einstein was. His biggest mistake was thinking he was wrong once.

Actually..as time goes by…science is suggesting..that Einstein is a modern day Newton…and may actually be very wrong..
Hope he addresses his audience and their clear annoyance with his last video in some way and doesn't just sweep it under the rug. His sarcastic, condescending reply in the comments was pretty poor from him.

Who are you to demand an apology from anyone? Maybe practice some stoicism stop choosing to let outside influences have a negative impact on you

Yes we know that we can’t choose the fact that he click baited and we can choose to not let it affect us. But you’ve got to give a shit about something. That’s what humans do isn’t it The fact that Ryan as a guy who writes about stoicism click baited is quite disappointing.
Please don't take sponsors from better help, they are a infamous scam, and have been denounced by several youtubers. I had to unsubscribe from you because of this.

I hear you. But I wanted to mention I had a really good experience with my therapist on betterhelp. She was very much equipped to help me. One of the best therapists I ever had. Also, some people would benefit from therapy who otherwise might not be able to go to therapy. Homebound, disabled, etc, . There are other online formats besides betterhelp as well. Talkspace for one. I have no experience with that one so I cannot say if it is "bad" or " good." Just wanted to comment to encourage others to go to therapy whatever way they can. Peace.

Can't support Arnold after his "screw your freedoms" comment
@slsilver481

He was referring only to the "freedom" to not wear a mask in public indoor spaces during the pandemic. Good for him for blasting those crybabies who wouldn't put on a mask for public health.

Arnold's comment was taken out of context. He said it as a variation of the old saying: "Your freedom to swing your arm ends at the tip of my nose"

Your "perceived" freedoms don't outweigh our health.
I like most of these vids, but this one I just can't... the constant cuts between "pauses" really throws me off and the speakers do not appear "human".. I get that you are trying to squeeze as much as possible in lowest time possible, but as I figured, stoicism says to take you time doing things, be present etc.
Awful guest. this is the clown that said "fu... your freedoms" .
