Delicious recipes

These are indeed our everyday delicious fish recipes as Bangladeshis, but one thing I wonder is even if anyone outside of Bangladesh wants to recreate these fish recipes they might have a hard time doing it. Cause most of this fish species are endemic to Bangladesh. So even if someone from the west tries to recreate it they won’t be able to unless their local Deshi stores have imported fish from Bangladesh. I am currently living in the US for studies and fortunately there is a Bangladeshi store nearby that has quite some fish varieties imported from home, but again they don’t taste as good as it used to back home cause most of them are frozen or dried fish.

Actually mouthwatering, after watching this i feel proud as Bangladeshi 🤤

Can I use any lime (green color limes) leaves or it has to be some special lime plant.

@@krishnadalal6220 you can use leaves of common lime plant... Which we call পাতি লেবু in bengali. It works pretty well.
