Stunning absolutely. Is the price negotiable? I tried to contact on phone but no one picked. The 1st floor deck loft is stunning and unique as it gives full view of the house & for breakfast it’s the best concept. Exactly the way they make in UK, drawing room, kitchen but this house has a tv lounge and bedroom so in uk you can’t find this as In Pakistan houses are big and in uk this house would cost millions pounds but made outside the city area, as cities do not have space to make the big house. Stair case is really good and even for kids it’s safe they way they are designed spacious not heightened & stair steps are not too close to each other. Normally people design houses where two families live but this is practical house for one family. Most people who are used to of conventional houses n old style would say “this is office style, or why loft is there or not for kids” should do some more exploring”. Overseas would buy this beautiful house not for locals who want 6 rooms and congested place”.

Hahaha best comment. Zaida ter logon ko ghar ka pata hi nahi hota aur fazool comment kerte rehtay hain. Most people who can’t buy they always pinpoint mistakes as if they are architects. This house is stunning specially the loft or deck whatever you call it. The best thing about the house is the ceilings are very high to give a spacious look.

I also visited UK many time but in Pakistan there should be bit different according to our living standards. This house is more big n practical than abroad

You must be day dreaming or you have no idea about the houses. This is 12 Marla house. Even in one canal house no one gives a washroom for guests and your so called old fashioned “powder room “ vocabulary shows how much you know about houses. This is not darbaar where guests come and use washrooms and then sit or a hotel. 🤣
