One of my favorites of all time is Freedom Fighters - though it's better on the 360, I finished my first playthrough of it on the Gamecube. But I also have to say that Midway Arcade Treasures Vol.3 is still one of the best compilations in all of gaming. Great choices team!

Oh, man. This came together so well and it's made me dive back into all of my Gamecube games. Now if I could just get enough people together to play some Monkey Ball and Mario Party, I could party like it's the early 2000s! Such a great list and what an amazing lineup of content creators. Really awesome humans and I look forward to meeting a lot of you in person at MGC and other cons. Thank you Jay for the opportunity. It's been rocket fuel for my relaunch of the channel; I needed this! Now to pry this Wavebird out of my hands so I can do the KZreadr thing!

Great pick with Soul Calibur II such a fun fighter from that era

Love this format, love most of these games. But to give my one hot take for the CGN, Rebel Strike > Rogue Leader. The single player campaign is a bit worse, but you’ve got the entire couch co-op campaign, the arcade games as unlockables, and the best intro ever.

This was a really fun video collab and my knowledge of GameCube anything is so minimal that this was truly needed. Now listen Jay if you ever do the same thing but with PS4 I'm your girl 😊

Star Wars Rogue Leader II was actually the first GameCube game that I played. I was in love with Star Wars at the time and I thought it was so realistic. It satisfied all my needs to fly around in those legendary spaceships and have epic battles in space! I've yet to play a Sims game on a console but I was obsessed with the original Sims on the PC as a kid. In fact, I loved the soundtrack so much that my company's hold music is the Sims OST. Happy to hear The Sims Bustin' Out is very playable on a console! Bounty Hunter is another Star Wars game in my backlog. I watched a neighbor play it for a few hours as a kid and really dug what I saw but never had it in my collection until my adult life. PacMan World 2 seems like such a hidden gem for platform lovers. I actually don't have that in my collection and PacMan VS sounds like a blast to play with a friend. Nascar games can be really fun, I used to love playing them back in the day like Nascar Rumble and Nascar Racing on the PC in 1994. I'll definitely give Dirt to Daytona a shot. HomeRun King is one that has been on my radar for quite some time and I always pass it up. Next time I won't. Tsusasi is such a rad dude. I enjoy interacting with him on social platforms. Metal Arms is one I have in my backlog on the GameCube and after watching the glowing praise for it, I need to bump it up! He's right, licensed games do scare me a bit and I've shied away from games like The Incredible Hulk but I will give it a shot and start hunting for it! I have Sphinx on the Xbox, but have yet to try it out. I've heard fantastic things about and have heard other creators like GameDad say how underrated it is. Yes, WaveRace Blue Storm is such an awesome pick. I love this game and it is so satisfying to play. I do miss the announcer but the controls and water physics are so much better. GCG's pick doesn't surprise me, that guy loves snowboarding games and I always associate them with him. He clearly knows his stuff with both the GameCube and snowboarding so I really should listen and pick this up sometime! I enjoy Tekken and Dead or Alive but I've yet to hop in the Soul Calibur series despite having a few of them in my collection. I should change that soon! Awesome video and great selections by everyone. Thank you for the invite and putting together and excellent video.

Man, so many good ones! I was going to say Sphinx, but since that was mentioned, I'd say Rogue Ops and Vexx are really, really fun. I also liked the TMNT games, but I believe the 1st one is the only one under $35. For FPS, you gotta go with Die Hard Vendetta. Racing is definitely Pro Rally...such a fun sim. Sportswise, the Street series. For a puzzle game, I rocked the shit out of ZooCube. I can't really think of many RPG's under $35, but I had some fun with Evolution Worlds. Fighting would definitely be Bloody Roar: Primal Fury.

Some great GC games. Rouge Squadron is probably one of the best launch titles for any console. Hulk Ultimate destruction is one that came to mind and I was happy to see it mentioned. Such a smashing game...

Finally metal got some love which is always in my top ten. So I will pick one I enjoy. My other killer filler is blowout. Blowout is kind of a call back to aliens 3 on Sega and almost but not really feels like a contra style game. I have found it around 5 dollars a lot when income across it

How did no one bring up Viewtuful Joe? I thought about joining in but since I own zero GameCube game it felt inauthentic. Tiger Chainsaw knows what's up! Super Monkey Ball 2 is best played in party mode.

Thanks for the video a few good ones here. Isn’t SSX3 a lesser experience in GC because of the controller having less buttons than PS2?

Of course you could head over to MetaCritic and sort GameCube games by score and determine the 180-200 GameCube games that are worth having as I have, but why do all that when these experts (LOL!) have done it for you?
