During finals season, I asked 12 Western business students in the Ivey School of Business HOW they got their summer internships, how MUCH they're making, how they LANDED the job, tips and 5-year plans. Recruiting is a hot topic amongst university students so it was nice to sit back and learn about what everyone's interests were and what their journeys were like since they varied drastically.
