Man that Final Fantasy collection is basically a grail at this point. So much gameplay in one collection.

The Cowabunga Collection is definitely my favorite, especially with the updates that allow TMNT 3 and TMNT 4 to be played online. Now that my nephew has a PS5, we can really have a lot of fun with these games.

Castelvania Collections are great! Rock on🌵🎸

The Atari 50 is mind blowing. I can’t believe they’re adding even more. It’s hard to explain how far it goes beyond just being a bunch of games to play.

Id really like to get the FF remasters but man they’re kinda expensive. IMO collections are the best way to get older games onto new consoles so newer players can enjoy them without having to invest in tons of older hardware.

For me it is Another Code Recollection. It a full remake from ground up to two games, completely changes the puzzles, POV, and some of the story and turn them into one game. If that's doesn't count, I go with FF7 and FF8 double pack. The switch is the only way to play FF7 physically aside from the ps1

I see that Llamasoft: The Jeff Minter Story is also available on the Switch. I picked it up on Steam recently, but I haven't looked at it yet. It looks like it has the same depth of history as the Atari 50 collection.

The street fighter collection is pretty good

Not an Atari fan also but the Atari 50 is an absolute history lesson in gaming and it also comes with a cool gold steel book! And it only cost me £10 so got two and one is staying sealed had to be done at that price

I've already picked up Megaman Legacy Collection I and II. I can't believe I've been playing this franchise from the beginning, it's still my favorite, and I STILL RAGE QUIT EVERY TIME!

All 3 Prinny Presents just went on sale on the eshop.

I got Advance Wars 1&2 for 10.00 new at my local Walmart when they were clearing out games. I should have picked up both copies but they had Xenoblade 3 and Kirby All Star Allies for the same price so got those instead. It’s still sealed so probably will keep it that way till have time to play it. I can wait to try it though

A few collections that I have and enjoy you didn't mention are the Capcom Beat Em Up/Belt Action Collection, Blaster Master Zero Trilogy, Disney Classic Games Collection (Aladdin, Jungle Book and Lion King), Double Dragon Collection, Ninja Gaiden Master Collection, Ori: The Collection, Ray'z Arcade Chronology, Sega Genesis/Mega Drive Collection and Super Mario 3D All Stars. There are a few more but my list would be huge. Enjoy SEGE! I will be skipping it but it's on my radar for the future. Take care! 🟩

I wanted to ask you square pegs, if usually heard talk about play asia being good but I was always concerned of buying a gsme and not being able to play it in english due to the language barrier. Do most games if not all from play asia come with english built in?

Honestly, the only one I wasn’t interested in was the Atari one.

The Final Fantasy Pixel Remaster collection is so overpriced. I'd love to get it, but I can't justify $100 for a collection like that.

Nope. Primary focus is arcade games with a few additions - doesn't have the Pac-Man World games either, but that's not the focus of the collection. :)
