The times people say so and so has the voice of an angel. So many times I have wandered to what they were on about and... where is it? I didn't wander here. I was led here by a playlist, after listening to Norah's new song for the dozenth time and then a few other videos. I've not seen this. The audio playback can be a bit spotty, with odd crackles. But OH MY GOD Norah's voice on this is something else. Something special. I don't know if she caught magic that night that made her already brilliant voice just "shimmer" or whether it's just something Norah do sometimes, but angelic only BEGINS to describe this. Whatever the case, this is an example of super sayan Norah... and NO ONE can live with that. But if it's going to kill me I'll die happy!

I first heard "Don't Know Why" while I was in Amsterdam in the summer of 2002. I was feeling a little under the weather and stayed in the hotel room while my wife and her father went out for a while. There was some kind of music video channel on the TV and this song came on and blew my socks off. I'll never stop associating this song with Amsterdam. Thanks Nora!

Ho sempre adorato Norah grande in tutto , unica, poi il pianoforte mi fa morire❤❤❤❤❤
This is stirring, poignant, evocative, engrossing, and altogether captivating. As is she. What a beautiful talent, and what a compelling work of musical prowess.
Just sing to me ... I don’t need anything else in this life. Thank you, Norah . Such a pure soul .
This song I listened to it for the first time when I was in my early teens with my mom. For years after this song was her favorite and now I still listen to it , makes me feel as though my mom is still with me.

There are reasons for that. Often vacuous and empty reasons revolving around the usual societal trappings, but even despite that Jones has a strong and adoring following. Like you, I happen to be one. She's a rare talent the likes of which this world may never see again. And I dare say this has to be the best rendition of Don't know why I've ever heard.
