I am 73 and Norah's version is one of the best. The Shirelles were the first group to sing this song. I am sure Carol King would approve of this version.

Everything about this version is perfect: Norah's voice, the tempo, the harmonies, the skeletal accompaniment.

In my opinion, she honestly has the voice of an angel and the looks of a Goddess. Definitely the "Total Package". ❤❤

I completely agree! I never heard her sing this song either. I've listened to Norah since she started out, and have continued through the years. She sings so beautifully. She can sing the same song 10 different ways! This version is so sultry. So different than Carole's version. Just so soothing!

When Nora gets it right, there is no one better.. This is one of those times.

Why isn’t this on any of the music platforms? This version of this song is one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever heard.

Norah has an absolutely beautiful voice that her Dad is certainly proud of. Sweet song written by Gerry Goffin and Carole King in the 60s. Yes the good old 60s nails it again.

I agree. When my dad and younger sister were both dying back in 2003, I listened to her music at work almost constantly. Her music helped me get through that rough period.

Norah Jones's writing, performance and voice put her in a genre all of her own. She is one among a very few singers who can be instantly identified by her unique and soulful voice and her creativity is just wonderful.

The Shirelles were first, taking this song to the charts. Carole King wrote the song, the Shirelles sang this song. History is amazing. Don't stop, Nora. You sound amazing.

Yes, Norah ...we will still love you. When your first record came out, I was putting gas in my car on Tunnel Road in Asheville N.C. and your song came on the station sound system. I was intrigued by the wonderful and unique sound of your voice and asked another person there...hey who is that singing ? He answered Norah Jones. I went and bought your first record the next day which was payday and have been a fan ever since. Please book a show at the State Theatre in Portland, Maine. I would love to see you live !

It's not often that a beautiful voice is accompanied by a such a beautiful woman. I also find that Norah is as good on stage as when she records. That is a sign of genuine talent, she doesn't need lots of electronic enhancements.
