I need help apply from abroad

I'm a 36 years old french canadian construction worker on a day off and i have absolutely no intension in going back to school and i really don't know how i end up here and why i watch the whole thing. But hey students of McGill...keep going alright everything's gonna be fine!

You could come to Quebec instead. We have McGill in French.

Let me just say, I loved how this video made me feel like we were having a discussion one on one. This information was insanely helpful. I’ll be applying to universities this year and although I don’t know which ones I’ll be getting into, let alone if I’ll be able to get into McGill, but this is exactly what I needed to hear and I’ll be sure to remember your advice. I’ve recently grown a love for McGill and not because of its reputation but because of its location, having a spin on a program I adore, the events, the opportunities, and more. Anyway, I appreciate you taking the time to make this video and wish you the best in your entrepreneurial journey 👍👍

wow, the timing of this video that was recommended to me is actually so perfect it is scary. So I'm in grade 12 highschool i took a sem off and i even started my own biz and applied to mcgill as well, i know university will not teach me the skills i need to succeed in my OWN business but i feel like it would be a huge risk not to go as i don't know where my biz will be in the next few years.. but yeah i totally agree with you, universities can't really teach you what you actually need to succeed in your own biz. but also would it be a waste of money to go to uni..that i'm v concerned about..obv do not want to spend thousands on sth that will not help what i want to do in the first place

I am not even going to Mcgill, just came here for no reason but ended up suscribing. Last part of the video is really awesome

I wish I saw this before I even enrolled. I am a computer science student who had no idea what I did during my college years. Some of these points are also what I have realized as I came to exchange(one of my best decisions in life). To add to this please realize that while you can choose to 'explore' and 'live the 20s' you don't want to be inert and will still have to be consistent in building good habit and identity capital. Keep a vision board and reminder somewhere. We human are so forgetful unfortunately.

Thank you Will, I got admitted for a week and still struggling should I take the highly academic McGill opportunity or go to Langara to know better and then make the decision. Thank you for reminding me my mundra, quitting could be based on logics and sanity.

I graduated from McGill in 1966 at age 20. I lived at home with my parents in NDG so missed out on a lot of activities.

I’m only 14, but I already know what I want to do and where I want to go in life. I want to go to a good medical school, preferably an Ivy League school, and become a physician and practice on my own. Now, I’m born and raised in America, and this being said, the universities here are incredibly overpriced and expensive. But my dads Canadian, and I have a Canadian passport, and because McGill is half the price of Harvard and offers the same education, I think it would be best if I apply there.

gl with that. u need a ~3.95 gpa to get into mcgill med whereas you only need a ~3.7 for US MD

I am applying to Mcgill right now, I did everything and I am currently logged in to Minerva. I am not sure what to do from here. I tried submitting my transcript through Admission Application and Documentation Status, but there is no link or any place to submit any documents. On my application summary, it says “items outstanding” because I have not submitted my self reported grades. The issue is, the self reported grades are only available after January 6th. So im confused where/how to submit my transcript and im confused if I need to wait until January 6th to continue my application.

is HHM related to this ???? Charles mcgill studied there?
