A little anecdote on gratitude. Back in the days before internet , I hated my flat. I would complain about it to everyone who would be unfortunate to cross my path. One day, I was at home and I looked around and I realise how blessed I was to have a roof over my head. I said thank you. To whom? I don’t know. I just said Thank You. And I started to say Thank You for everything. Four months later, I was offered the opportunity of a new place for the same price. Gratitude is your wealth. Always look for the good in the bad.

I read if your trying to solve a problem? Go and take a walk! I was trying to find out how I would I get a lose Ruby Gem stone that fell down the side crack of my Loveseat, while I was looking at it! I try with the vacuum attachment, it was long enough. I even brought a crow bar to try and take apart my new love seat bottom part of it. Common sense told me to find another way! While out on my walk, I can up with the idea of using a long tube from the Christmas wrapping paper roll, sure enough worked like a charm.

Be it Mental, physical, or spiritual programming..from conception.. Now, define conception. So, when a time comes for me to see things I have been unable to comprehend it is sometimes a light bulb and some times a full blown reel to real with soundtrack smellavision and all five senses..then the challenge comes to understand the cascade of function of the endocrine system kicks ..which no one can know how to tame without a basic understanding of hormones. And pituitary pineal and thyroid. Connected to the lymphatic and nervous connected to and so on. Some understand in one lesson..some of us are still getting stuck in our own angst. I live in the UK and I’ve watching a few of your videos but this one and the one about manifesting has helped to shift my mindset, I have been feeling useless and thinking what is the point, what am I doing? For a long time. Recently I was able to realise that my job is my focus, I’m a therapist working with mild to moderate presentations of depression and anxiety. I switched from working and supporting drug and alcohol users who were entrenched in this lifestyle and living extremely damaged lives. The people I support now are the polar opposite and I was forgetting they are asking for help, it’s difficult to explain but I realised after watching your videos that the people I talk to now need my attention just as much as those living chaotic lives. I plan to get your greatness book to keep the motivation and momentum up. Thanks for helping me open my eyes and my mind Lewis.

I agree, Lewis. Leave your past behind you (the bad parts) and move forward and concentrate on the things that you have done to overcome. I went through a really costly, ugly divorce that dragged out for 8 years. I lost most everything but what it did for me was made me want to learn about investing so I could make up for the alimony and the losses and be protected in the future. Now, I am so much better off and so much more knowledgeable.

Eliminate things that create bad invironment , distance yourself from bad or negative people. Stop comparing yourself to others. , start replicating success and most important , express gratitude and appreciation, it helps you to stay in the present moment. last but not least ,which is. all about getting back mentoring. You are committed to a vision, supporting others, being addictive to service which brings you so much joy. Not to forget about SPORTS brings- positive attitude.

Creating boundaries and loving from a distance those that I do not feel good around have been the two I have been working on that I did not understand in the past. Makes such a difference in loving me and creating greater confidence in working towards my goals.

It's so great when we come to this realization. I did too and I'm still learning! I noticed that many people don't understand why you need boundaries and keeping your distance from others especially for those who don't align with your lifestyle or who are too negative! They don't get it. You can't keep being around negative people and be a positive person. You must remove yourself from the situation. They have to change for themselves.

Since cutting sugar out of my diet, including added sugar, processed foods (sugar), pastries, pasta, desserts, & breads (sugar), and basically eating clean, nutritional live food, I have noticed a shift in the way I feel. I’m more conscious of negative thoughts - so I can stop them - & they are fewer. Once, or occasionally twice a week, I modify my rules to be sociable, but I do my utmost to avoid processed foods with all those bad oils amidst the ingredients list. Once established, healthy eating is easy because you have eliminated the ‘simple-carb’ cravings. I walk a lot and this gets the feel-good endorphins working. And I do breath work. But the food has made a notable difference. What we eat really does affect our mood considerably.

I sent the link to my brother. I hope he watches and it resonates. I pray for him every day and have tried to offer assistance in any way I can. You can't force someone to get it. You just hope they can finally get it 🙏. Maybe just maybe this time! If this doesn't do it for him, I guess he's just not ready and I have to be content with that fact 😞.

Thank you for talking about this topic. I’ve always felt in flow and energized when I did the hobbies and the socializing that brought me pure joy.I didnt trust the process so I’d go off and do the normal hard stuff, the pain and the agony would come from it. Luckily after losing myself I realized like you said. I would get ideas, hits from the universe, meet the right people. When I was simply living my life and in joy. My energy was up and my attitude was positive all because I was actually happy and living my life. What a wise man you are. Thank you for reminding me of these simple yet powerful points.
