Back to 2020 i was drug addicted, had a 2 years old son. I still got my job but my life was a mess with drugs and debt. And I found Tony! I listened to his every videos on KZread over and over. Now I have a little portfolio as saving and paid off half of my debt. I pulled myself together not only for myself but for my son. Now we're happy and got a daughter. The power is within ourselves! Thank you

Gratitude is an action word but I understand his theory. talk is important to our mind and physical body. Got to stay motivated no matter what obstacles, I must stay in the positive solution, solutions without negativity and or anger..just keep moving forward. Iv lost everything through bad business decisions and then doubled down so I'm homeless for almost 3 yrs and the Amish family and friends I deal with an work for agree I'm the toughest person they ever met. I'm 55 an never give up and only ask for help if it's pushed on me. I got this an I'm still learning different elements of my passion business ... Wife an 5 kids got deported now 11 yrs. Dog died brother died mother passed away and my inheritance was stolen by family member an they sold my burrial plot too. I had to leave FL cause all my negative thoughts an sold the restaurant on south beach an took a deal in Denver to perfect 5 edibles recipes for a year and long story .. but I wake warmup exercise breath clear mind an attack the day as homeless no matter what whether, what job and what obstacles. I worked outside doing traffic control when the investors crashed the multi million weed biz they had going when I had a 3 car garage house for free after 14 months the eviction notice came and the farm was sold too and I ......oops to much info...

Stress is the tension between what you want to happen, and what is happening, what you want to happen isen't happening for example a gambler wants to win, but isen't in control of whether he wins or not, so when he isen't winning,he will become stressed, this is an example, the moment you become stressed it's because what you want to happen isen't happening, so if you can't make it happen this thing is not for you, don't go back to it is my advice.xx

Thank you so much for this interview. I've been a fan of Tony Robbins since I was in college (10 years ago), I stopped watching him and other self-development after college.. when I went into major depression, anxiety and PTSD. So many things happened in my life and I had high expectations of myself that's why when life failed me, I thought it was all my fault. it was too much to handle. plus I was surrounded by pessimistic people. I allowed them to drag me down. It sucks that I stopped being me just because I listen to people who shame being for being into self-development and constantly trying to fix things. But now, As I mature, I learned to treat myself well and have boundaries with people who drain my energy. I'm just gonna be me. The person who loves self-development and life quotes. The person who loves learning. I am more mature now that it's not always positive thinking, but accepting emotions as it is and doing something about it. And probably I could help some people along the way.

it's a cycle.. but keeping those boundaries is the beginning of health. It's hard not to have mental health stuff in this day and age, when the whole world seems to be collapsing.

However this video was so awesome, thank you again for another wonderful interview Lewis. You have an amazing way of asking the questions we really want and need to hear the answer to. Also thanks to Tony for continuing to care about the human race enough to keep helping everyone at any cost. This world would be a very different place if it weren't for people like you guys. Thank you for this. This was great. I'm getting this book, it could have an answer I'm looking for, and I already think Tony shared something that can and would change my life immensely. I googled stem cell research, looked at costs, and added it to my goals as I have no choice. I left home at 16 and I did T.R.'s Personal Power 2 in that year, I don't think I would have made it if I didn't I've had many ups and downs, and some big downs, but if I go back to Personal Power 2 I bounce back better and faster :)

Absolutely true! My friend Louis who is 99 and lived thru depression tines is an example of courage, hard work and resilience . He built a little fortune by himself, saving every extra and investing in stock market. But he is so appreciative of the little things because he had nothing when he was little. To hear his stories while he is still a brilliant mind; is an absolute pleasure and privilege 🙏🏻
