I always feel drawn to your messages and this was the first video I clicked this morning. I never comment but today I feel I have to. Pile 1 is difficult because my physical disabilities (and lack of finances as a result) have been holding me back from my dreams. My band has learned all my really complex songs and ofc i get arthritis and acid reflux right when we get momentum , which makes it harder to play guitar and sing. Im only 25 and my health rules my life and these arent even the only issues I have. Its hard because nobody cares, ultimately life moves on without me and im a downer for mentioning it (even if they ask me myself how my health is, i can tell nobody actually wants to hear it because ive been chronically ill for a long time and now theyre burnt out. But guess how I feel lol)

Weird idea, but that sounds like a dietary issue: arthritis can be caused by inflammation/inflammatory foods, and acid reflux generally is caused by foods (too much grease/oil/spices). If possible, it might be good to consider drastically reducing fried foods/inflammatory foods, and eating more whole foods (fruits and veggies) and and inflammatory foods, and seeing if that helps you recover. The worst that can happen is that you end up eating healthier, and the best is that it could possibly help lessen or even get rid of your symptoms 🤷‍♀️

@@apollofateh324 thats sweet thank you :) I actually do eat primarily healthy but what seems to have driven up my inflammation markers was covid. Covid has a lot of long term health issues associated and is very inflammatory despite vaccination even. So be careful! It is treated like the pandemic is over but studies show 1 in 5 people develop some sort of health issues within the first few months to year after covid infection(s) and this is because covid sticks around in our bodies for a long time after infection. And since the new strains mutate so quickly previous protection doesnt really work the same as with viruses like the cold
