Quadro cards are actually good, bought a used p1000 for $87 and it plays games like Batman Arkham Knight, Fortnite, warzone rtc and i got 150-300+ fps in all of hem

Id say so. Good thing about old graphics cards, motherboards, etc. Is that if anyone ever wants to learn how to do repairs, you have some spares you dont necessarily care about so if it goes wrong, not really any loss, if they do get it running again without issue, you know how physical evidence they know how to do the task, and you can let them keep the GPU if they so desire, or, do a period correct build with for retro PC gamers.

Not really you possibly doubled your money but you also put in the effort to get it done
