Fun fact: Even thought it "costs" $2m USD per episode, it doesn't directly cost that much. Each character's animations are already there, for the most part. I.e. all of the drawings for, say, Stewie, are already *done* unless they need something specific for an episode. The $2m is based on average cost of animating each character, added together, plus other expenses.

I can guarantee the minute Seth realized he survived 9/11 he was like “wow… I can make 911 jokes and nobody can say anything!”

seth actually paid homage to him missing the flight on 9/11 in an episode. the scene was something about "being happy about missing your flight on 9/11" where a guy was too happy he missed his flight.

Thank god seth was late for the flight in September 11 because if he was on it then he would be dead probably. I now know why there are so many 911 jokes in family guy

Unbelievable that it was freaking alcohol who saved Seth McFarlane's Life! Could easily be referenced in an actual episode. This show is just a Comedy Gem and I myself feel a deep connection to it, based on the fact that I have severe depression that makes me hate 99% of the world. This series however manages to make me smile at any time! Dunno If it is just me or the Show itself, but it kinda saved me. Thank you so much for this!

Also, Irene did affect Rhode Island, so there is some truth to the programming block, but seeming how it was supposed to play out in May 2011, I think it was just a coincidence.

The 100something one that says that Chris and Stewie are the only ones who haven't been out in jail yet is incorrect. I remember an episode where Brian and Stewie were in jail and asked the dude standing in their cell "what are you in for" and he replies "I said in didn't consider trans Jenner a brave woman" to Wich Stewie turns to Brian and , visibly scared , he replies "there's some bad people in here".

Funny how Quagmire is supposed to be over 60 years old but was a teenager in the 80's.

What ever happen to Pawtucket Pat and his oompa loompa like workers after he sold his factory? animation, airing, voice actors, they all charge a hell of a lot of money so yah 2 million is the average for a show, considering movies are in the upper 100 million dollars

there is a lot of controversy as to how black people are portrayed on family guy, re; black portraying white and white portraying black for voice over work. it's ridiculous. the best person gets the job - especially for voice over - you can't see color anyway - what is the big deal? roles should be open to all and color should not be a qualifier.

He feels uncomfortable having an african american voice a white character, yet he has a white guy voicing Cleveland Brown. Okay

He was blessed to be spared, 10 minutes later and there would've been no family guy. Been watching this show since I was a preteen and have loved it ever since. Road to the multiverse and any time travel episodes are my favorite.
