Walking an hour a day helps to:

Best and fave channel next to robertas gym. 💘 💘 Thank u for aid. 💪💪💪💪💪💪 I walk trails all time this helps when rough outside. 💘
I only had time to do 50 minutes, burnt 316 calories and just over 8,000 steps. I am 54 and my metabolism is not high but I'm happy. Next time I will do the full workout and compare. Thank you!

The first 20 Minutes I tried to keep up with your pace. The next 30 minutes I tried not to die. But after that I just pulled through and I am super proud and happy!

@@aroxolaleno1902 I practiced the whole video without a pause, but my watch only showed me 110 calories burned. That's very little, I think. You burned 804 calories, I'm only 110 and we do the same exercise (btw. My height is 164 cm and I weigh 82 kg) ... that's why I'm socked. The author of the video wrote that we burn about 600-1100 calories. Where is the problem? ...Can you advise me please? Better app, or? Thanks for the answer. :)

@@slavkafaberova1401 Could be the device your using or how you’re working out. For example, when I hike with my iphone in my pocket it tells me steps, measure elevation, and how long each stride is and uses that to calculate calories. Some watches on count steps by the motion of a step, so if you don’t swing your arms fully when walking then it will not measure each step truly and thus may not calculate actual steps and calories burned properly. That’s why some people wear them on their ankles! Calories burned is very hard to measure so I don’t personally bc a machine that isn’t inside my body can’t really calculate accurately so I go by what feels best. I hope some of this was helpful in some way!
I'm glad that I find your channel. I did it for the first time today (6.jun.22) and Iwas able to do only 60min (because I had to go back to work). I will definetly find a spot to this on my schedule because it is the first 10k steps workout that i was able to do and really delivered what it promisse

This is my FAVORITE 10,000 step workout!! It makes me burn 735 active calories and 860 total calories (I make it a point to try and go a little faster than Yana). And it makes me SUPERRRR sweaty 🥵 . Thanks so much YanaFit!! 😊🙏 - - For body and calorie burn reference, I’m a 19 year old guy who’s average weight. This total walk is approximately 6.5 miles for me at 10-12 minutes per mile. So worth it

I just did this 46 mins gave me 8k steps well on my way to my 12k goal for the day I think I will add this on my daily routine saves me walking for 3 hours to get my 12k steps great vid 🥰

Good sweat! I don’t care about the steps as much as the intensity so I loved the light jog! I exercise daily but a recent back injury has limited me so this was perfect. The ending was so abrupt I was scared I messed my phone up 😅 adding a cool-down now. Thank youuu!!

I was in a lot of pain during my period, I was looking for something not demanding but something that would make me sweat. THIS IS PERFECT. My pain has stopped and I feel full of energy, this is what I needed. When exercising, I try to pay attention to how I breathe and whether my body posture is appropriate. This is a great workout easy to follow but a little long for me hopefully as I continue I will get better. I like the challenge!

I had to pause halfway to drink water and take breaks but I am grateful for this video anyway because I feel I can do it the whole way someday. I got so tired around the 30 min mark haha. It's not too intense for beginners but can still make me sweat a lot. Thanks, Yana 💗 will try again someday.

Thank you!! I was doing another 10k step workout but I only ever got 8.5k steps, so had to do another 15-20 mins walking after the video finished. I got 9.8k steps with this workout, so I’m sure as I do it more, the steps will go up. I’ve found my new workout 😁🥰

Great workout , amazed myself by getting through every circuit , one of the few 10000 step workouts you actually do 10000 steps , I would be great if you did a cool down at the end 😎

It kind of sucks that it is just a looped video.... i like it when the trainer suffers with me, this judt lowered my motivation. And i coul use a couple of water breaks in between bestie 🥰

Kind of agree , nice video but would be good if it’s all in real time as it’s so long one would need motivation a few words to keep going. Lucy Wyndham read talks in her workouts sometimes live sometimes dubbed over but agree nice to see trainer doing it with you in real time continuously. I think some are good at editing some are good at doing real live workouts but may not have the fancy counters and next move . Paul Eugene ? (Check name?)is also a great real live workout he’s over 60, but so enthusiastic and motivating too.

LOVED IT!!!! Wow, this workout had me sweating bullets. At first I thought I wasn’t going to be able to complete it but I pushed myself and wow, felt so good afterwards. Perfect for me since I have a desk job I don’t get much walking……I completed everything and here are my results: ***I am 5”4 and 208 lbs*** 3.95 miles 3.2 mph 845 calories!!!!! 8,630 steps Will try your walking workouts everyday for a month and see how it goes !!
