Man that might not be a bad deal, you can get about 2.5-3k for the engine another 5-1000 for the trans, I'd cut it up, I've done a few, cheapest I got a bus was $650 dude already cut the body off cuz he was hauling hay with it, 5 days later I'd already sold the engine/trans to another dude and made money off swapping that stuff into his dump truck. Nice find though. I've not had one with a mer engine, I'm a International kinda guy but I'd have one for cheap enough.
