@@whitemale70 when your insulin is raised, you release aldosterone which is a kidney hormone causing it to retain water. If you eat less carbs, you have low insulin and you release water. Swelling is a sign of high insulin which is not a good thing if it happens regularly. That leads to insulin resistance and diabetes. Sodium is very much a needed mineral and should be eaten generously. The issue is the high carb diet along with a high seed oil linoleic acid diet.. Canola, soy, sunflower, safflower.. Most packaged goods have them..mixed with high carb wheat, corn and soy. Pure filth. Eat fresh. Fast most often. Eat highly bioavailable foods like fatty meats nose to tail eating.

Just discovered this channel and this whole speed eating thing. Like, five videos in, I was so eager and ready to take on the challenges because hell those dishes looked so nice and I really wanteda bite or two. And another ten or fifteen videos later in like well that's not for me lol. Would love to try all the restaurants though, especially those of meat and cheese. Cheers Randy, keep going!
