Recipe
Ingredients
Fine Sooji / Semolina (Pulse it in Mixer to make it slightly fine) - 500 Grams.
Milk Powder - 35 Grams
Caster Sugar - 30 Grams
Salt - 10 grams
Instant Yeast - 10 grams
Oil - 50 grams
Water - 300 ml
Milk - 2 Tablespoons - for Brushing the bread
Sesame Seeds (White/Black) for sprinkling on bread (Optional) - 2 teaspoons
Butter (Melted for Brushing) - 2 Tablespoon
Baking Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven at 200 Degree Celsius with a Baking Pan in the last rack of the oven for adding steam in the oven later on.
2. Preheat the oven for atleast 30 minutes before baking.
3. Bake in a Preheated Oven at 200 Degree Celsius
for 45 Minutes. Oven mode : Both Top and Bottom RODS On and NO FAN
* Introduce Steam in the Oven as shown in the video
* Remove Steam after 20 Minutes of Baking and then
continue baking !
* Cover the top of the Bread Pan with Aluminum
foil after 30 minutes if the bread is browning too much
on top in the oven and then continue baking
4. Baking Pan used : 7.5 * 3.5 inch
Baking Pan Preferred : 9 * 5 inch

बारीक सूजी (इसे थोड़ा बारीक करने के लिए इसे मिक्सर में पीस लें) - 500 ग्राम
दूध पाउडर - 35 ग्राम
कैस्टर शुगर - 30 ग्राम
नमक - 10 ग्राम
तत्काल खमीर - 10 ग्राम
तेल - 50 ग्राम
पानी - 300 मि.ली
दूध - 2 बड़े चम्मच - ब्रेड को ब्रश करने के लिए
तिल के बीज (सफ़ेद/काला) ब्रेड पर छिड़कने के लिए (वैकल्पिक) - 2 चम्मच
मक्खन (ब्रश करने के लिए पिघला हुआ) - 2 बड़े चम्मच

Size should be as per your kitchen size . Incase you have space in your kitchen go for a bigger size as it will give you more space for baking variety of dishes .I hooe it helps 😊

    I always measure the ingredients on weighing scale as Weighing the ingredients in baking gives you consistent results . Kitchen weighing scales are very easily available in market and online and is available at nominal rates. I hope this helps 😊👍

    Yes , but adjust the water content accordingly. Use Full Fat Milk for best results.

I always weigh my ingredients and will also guide you to do the same. Kitchen scale comes in very economical prices and is easily available in market and online. I hope this helps 😊
